Cancelling twit #25

Posted in Chit chat by Jan Leenders on June 4, 2008

Apparently, there’s some confusion about the price strategy of Twit2art. Not every first twit to Twit2art costs € 1, but the first twit overall.

On the about page it says:

It’s got a price, right?
Yes, nothing in life’s for free. But if you’re fast, it’s cheap. The first twit (thus the first painting) costs € 1. The second € 2, the third € 3 and so on. The price includes everything. Material, packaging, shipping, taxes. Everything.

I added one sentence to that text, and hope everything’s clear now:

Oh, and it’s not the first twit you send me, that costs € 1, but the first twit overall. I’m not Santa, you know.

Robin sent in twit #25 before I made that change to the text. He thought his Twit2art artwork would cost € 1 and found € 25 too expensive, so we’re cancelling that one. Robin will get an angry complaint letter from my mother, though.

I’m still planning to make a Twit2art #25. What it will look like? Wait and see.
